The details
Naftali Group is developing the tower. Arquitectonica leads the architecture, Rockwell Group designed the interiors, and Viceroy Hotels & Resorts supplies the branded hospitality and residential-service identity.
Official residence materials emphasize open plans, floor-to-ceiling glass, substantial terraces, oak cabinetry, honed quartz, Miele and Sub-Zero appliances, white marble, and polished-nickel fixtures.
Only two penthouses are planned. Each contains four bedrooms, five full bathrooms, a powder room, more than 4,000 interior square feet, private elevator access, and terraces with 360-degree coastal and city views.
The tower is placed between the restaurant and retail streets of Las Olas and the galleries, dining, art walks, and Brightline access of Flagler Village. The beach and Intracoastal remain a short drive or bike ride east.
Developer residences range from studios through four bedrooms with a two-home penthouse collection; MLS assignments and resales are a separate inventory stream.
